our day in auburn.

Last year we discovered (thanks to a family friend) a beautiful park in a town not too far from where we live.  It's a bit of a drive, so we decided to go there on one of Steve's only Saturdays off of the year. The park is like a setting in a movie - lots of fall colored trees, gorgeous lake (with ducks!) & of course a fun playground for Aubrey.  

Of course the thing the girls enjoyed the very most was playing in the leaves on the grass.  Here's some pictures from our day:

Pictures don't even do this place justice!  It was the perfect fall day.  Here is a picture from our trip to the same park almost exactly a year ago to the day.
